Hi, I'm Jess, the founder of Crown Lab.
With over 20 years in the hair industry and more than 15 years as a salon owner, I've dedicated my career to helping people feel confident in their appearance. My journey into hair replacement began after seeing first-hand the emotional impact that hair loss can have on both men and women.
In 2020, I specialised in non-surgical hair replacement systems and quickly became passionate about providing realistic, life-changing solutions for clients experiencing hair loss, thinning hair, or a loss of confidence. Since then, I have trained professionals across the UK and helped hundreds of clients restore not only their hair but their self-esteem.
Crown Lab was created to raise the standard of hair systems. I wanted to offer high-quality products, honest education, and expert support for both clients and industry professionals. Every system we supply has been carefully developed with durability, comfort, and a natural appearance in mind.
